How Does Our Pellet Fired Boiler Working?

Yongxing pellet fired boiler is a horizontal three-return structure.

Workflow is as follows: Coal fuel falls from the coal hopper to the grate and enters the furnace to start burning.

The flue gas after combustion enters the rear of the boiler through the rear arch (first return), then enters the front of the boiler through the convection flue (second return), and finally enters the rear smoke box through the threaded pipe (third return).

The burned exhaust gas enters the economizer, the dust collector, and the induced draft fan, and is discharged to the atmosphere through the chimney.

High thermal efficiency
1. The front and rear arches of the boiler adopt patented technology. The water-cooled furnace arch structure has a long service life and not only increases the heated area. At the same time, it can also function as heat insulation.
2. The single-return threaded pipe is used in the drum to enhance the heat transfer effect and avoid the accumulation of dust in the pipe.

High security
1. The flue is added on both sides of the boiler, which reduces the smoke temperature of the tube sheet in the high-temperature area, effectively avoiding the occurrence of cracks and tube bursts in the tube sheet.
2. It is equipped with reliable boiler accessories. The boiler has the functions of water shortage, overpressure, over-temperature, leakage, air leakage, motor overload, and flameout to ensure the safe operation of the boiler.

Reliable quality
1. The grate adopts a contact sealing structure. At the same time, the side sealing iron was eliminated when designing the anti-focusing box, which completely solved the defect that the grate leakage caused uneven combustion.
2. The furnace is integrally cast with heat-resistant concrete, which is not easy to fall off and has a longer use time.
3. Push-pull type cleaning device is adopted, and the gate plate adopts the heat-resistant cast iron finishing surface sealing structure, thereby effectively avoiding the occurrence of secondary combustion deformation and grate leakage.
